Ms. Dau Thuy Ha, CEO

Ms. Ha is an experienced management consultant and entrepreneur, with proven experience in setting up and developing new businesses, especially in the professional services industry. In 2003 she co-founded OCD (www.ocd.vn) and successfully led the growth of OCD during its first three years. She has advised the strategic growth and development of several successful businesses, most recently Dai An Security Company (www.daian.com.vn), DoBF Investment Training (www.dobf.vn) and Van Xuan Technical College (www.vxc.vn).

Prior to setting up OCD, Ms. Ha had more than 10 years working in the private sector with multinational companies Hewlett-Packard and Daewoo Corporation, where she contributed to setting up and developing the operations of these companies in Vietnam. Ms. Ha graduated from Simferopol State University (former USSR) and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Boise State University (USA).

 Dr. Tang Van Khanh, COO
Dr. Tang Van Khanh has more than 14 years of experience in Business Startup, Organizational Development, Information System Management and Customer Service. He had advised and conducted consulting works with organizations and businesses such as the ILO PRISED and Factory Improvement Programs, business associations in Haiphong, International Support Group for Natural Resources and Environment (ISGE) in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Central Institute of Economics Management (CIEM), the Administration for SME Development (ASMED), Caritas, to name a few.

Dr. Khanh holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from NEU, has his MBA with Boise State University (Idaho, USA) in 1999 and his Doctorate in Economics with NEU in 2006. He is also a a Master Online Teacher certified by the University of Illinois.

 Mr. Pham Quoc Manh, Business Director

Mr. Pham Quoc Manh brings with him more than 20 years of experience in high-level corporate finance and investment.
Over the years he had assumed senior positions in a number of companies and corporations, including: Finance Director, Gilina Corp.  (1987-1995); Director in charge of North Vietnam business for Leaprodexim Saigon (1995-1997); Finance Director, Hanoi Gas Joint Venture (1997-1999), Finance Director, Hanoi Petroleum Company (1999-2002), Director of Northern Branch, Phu My Fertilizer Corporation (under Petrovietnam) (2003-2006), Chief Executive Director, Viet Phuong Investments Group (2006-2008) and Vice Chairman of the BoM, Viet Phuong Investments Group (2009).

Since 1993 Mr Manh has acted as advisor to the Rang Dong Thermal Flasks Company, Huu Nghi Corporation; Chu Lai-Truong Hai Joint Venture Company; Lien San Transportation Services Company; Ba Dinh Housing Construction Company, among others.
He is also an authoritative trainer in financial management topics, including: Corporate Finance fundamentals; Business Planning and Financial Planning; Investment Project Analysis. Mr Manh has conducted many such training courses for companies, business associations, management training institutions and private sector support programs.
Mr. Manh graduated from the Hanoi Finance and Accounting Academy and has his second degree from the Hanoi Foreign Trade University.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nam Phuong, Lead Trainer

Ms Phuong is senior trainer and consultant in the area of Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, Training Management, Project Management and Management Information Systems.

She has led successful consulting projects in the areas of HRMD and organizational re-structuring for both public service organizations and major private sector corporations in Vietnam. She also conducted numerous training programs in HRM, OD and management skills for clients in Vietnam and Southeast Asia region, namely the Office of the Government of Vietnam, Ministry of Planning & Investment, Ministry of Agriculture & Rural Development, Water Sector Research Institutes, FPT Corporation and member companies, Vinataba, various securities companies (SSI, VNDirect, APEC, GSI, TVSI).

Ms Phuong graduated from Odessa State University (Ukraine) and holds a Master of Commerce degree with double concentration on HRM and Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of New South Wales (Australia). She also tutored at New Castle University (Australia).

Mr. Le Huy Long, Elearning Development Manager
Mr Long is an expert in quality management and production management. Mr. Long is a certified ISO 9000 and ISO 22000 Lead Auditor and has consulted various companies including the International Dairy JSC (IDP), Long Giang Tea Company, Huy Quang Foods, Hai Ha Confectionary Company, Hien Thanh Foods and Ha Long Beer Company. Since late 2008 Mr. Long has been intensively involved in the development of online training courses on the topics of Quality Management System, Food Hygiene and Safety and Exporter Market Standards in Hygiene and Safety for the Online Management Training program.

Long holds a bachelor's degree in food technology and biology technology from Hanoi University of Technology and is a Master Online Teacher certified by the University of Illinois.
