Within the framework of the Online Management Training (OMT) program, OCD has signed a Local Partner Agreement with the Sustainable Development Consulting Company (SDC – http://sdctn.com.vn), a capacity builder based in Dak Lak to implement the OMT program in the central highlands and central coastal provinces of Vietnam.
