ObjectivesThe course aims at providing participants with a system of general knowledge, applicable tools and experience in modern human resource management. Participants will develop their skills in building up and implementing systems of effective HR policies and activities to support the process of implementing the organizational objectives.
Specifically , after the course participants will:
* Have an overall awareness of the roles of HR officer in an organization;
* Define clearly responsibilities and tasks of a proactive and effective HR officer in an organization;
* Develop necessary skills and viewpoints for an HR officer to implement his/her tasks.
* Practice tools and specific techniques to develop and operate major HR systems and policies in an organization such as job analysis, building compensation systems, HR recruitment and training.

HR professionals with at least 1 year experience in human resources management area or middle management in an organization.
