Objectives
• Describe roles and functions of performance appraisal in human resource management in an organization
• Establish an appropriate performance appraisal system for managing organizational performance.
• Apply necessary skills for effective facilitation, consultation and job coaching, interview and feedback skills
Target Audience
People with at least 2 years experience in areas of human resources management or middle management, who have undergone a training course on fundamentals of HR management systems.

• Key Performance Indicators (KPI): development methodology
Session 3: Building a performance management system using BSC
• Building a strategy map
• Management by objectives based on BSC for units: establishing forms and usage
Session 4. Building a performance management system using BSC (cont.)
• Managing and appraising individual performance: forms and usage
• Establishing policy using BSC
• Fundamental factors for successful implementation of BSC
Session 5. Fundamental skills for effective performance management
• Facilitation skills for building appraisal grading system
