On March 31,2010, the Vietnam WTO/TBT Notification Authority and Enquiry Point (TBT Vietnam Office - www.tbtvn.org) and the Online Management Training Company (OMT) held a contract signing ceremony to kick off the TBT Online Interactive System project.
This innovative project aims to help improve the TBT system in Vietnam in several ways:
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of TBT communication and information dissemination; making TBT office a truly “online and interactive enquiry point”
- Develop the Online TBT system into a regular online contact and access point, serving the needs for TBT information and training by exporting companies and other stakeholders; further sharing TBT information using the powers of the Internet;
- Ensure cost saving in TBT communication by making best use of the existing investments in ICT by the TBT Vietnam office;
- Further save cost on travel and logistics for TBT communication and training, especially at the local level.
Within the scope of this project, the TBT office and OMT will not only develop and deploy the Online TBT system, but will help develop the TBT human resources by implementing Training of Trainers (ToT) courses for TBT instructors on how to develop and manage online TBT contents; how to interact with online user and continue to develop and maintain the system proactively and sustainably.

Courses in this cluster aim to help companies to better navigate and manage external factors in their business environment and cover areas such as marketing, customer service and strategic management. 
Finance Management courses provide participants with fundanmental knowledge, principles of and tools for financial management in Vietnamese companies. These courses are scalable and practical, offering best practices and hands-on experience from practitioners. 
These courses are designed especially for the small business owners, production managers and QA/QC managers of small and medium enterprises. OMT courses in this cluster are specifically designed for business owners, production managers and QA/QC maangers in the agri business and food processing industry. Participants are equipped with key concepts, principles and standards of food safety and hygiene, learn to apply these principles and standards in their productions of foodstuffs to meet the general safety and hygiene requirements of the domestic and export markets.
