Lead Trainer: Ms Nguyen Quynh Chi
Ms Nguyen Quynh Chi has over 25 years of training and consulting experience in strategic management, marketing and customer service. Ms Chi was for many years the Manager of the SME Development Program at the Business School of NEU and Vice Head of the Marketing and Operations Management Division of the NEU Business School. Over the years she has developed unique in-depth expertise in advising and training for service sector companies, especially those in the ICT and FSI sectors. iN 2000-2002 Ms Chi was the compiler of the marketing books in the "Teach Yourself Business Management" series of books for business owners and managers, published by the Youth Publishing House with support the Mekong Private Sector Development Facility (MPDF) and voted best management books in 2001 and 2002. Ms Chi had her university degree at the Donexk State University (Ukraine) and holds an MBA from Boise State University (Idaho, USA).
